Whites Recycling has added five brand new
Scania trucks to its fleet.

The additions form the first part of the order, with the second batch of vehicles expected to arrive early next year.

David Carr, Managing Director said: “The primary reason we chose Scania over other makes, was the potential fuel saving. Following extensive trials, Scania delivered on the reported fuel savings, which made sense, both commercially and environmentally”.

Scania commented “This week we were delighted to deliver Scania trucks to Whites Recycling Ltd for the first time. After a successful trial with our demo, which produced good fuel return, Whites ordered five Scania R 500 A6x2/2NAs, with 48-month Repair & Maintenance contracts.”
